The Quality system is integrated into all aspects of our company’s operations, including stocking and fulfillment, order processing and post-order evaluation. This Quality system encompasses a multiple check/recheck procedure designed not only to eliminate internal errors but also potential U.S. Postal Service ordering errors. Our Quality Management system complies with USPS Purchasing Manual 3 and individual Postal contract requirements. The responsibility for execution of the Quality System and the Quality Plan extends horizontally and vertically across every Postal Products Unlimited employee. Every employee is responsible for, and empowered to make the decisions and take the actions that are required to fulfill our company’s commitment to Quality. Postal Products Unlimited continually monitors and verifies Quality System performance through audit reviews. We place emphasis on process - establishing a way of thinking oriented at improving processes and a management system that supports and acknowledges people’s process-oriented efforts for improvement. Process Improvement is accomplished via a Corrective Action system, internal quality audits, and a review of the key metrics in the routine quality system review meetings.
